Victor Torres Leads by Example: An Endorsement from a Fellow Local 481 Teamster

Hello Fellow Teamsters Local 481 Members. 

My name is Guillermo Ramos. I have been a proud Teamsters Local 481 member from SP-Plus for the past 7 years. 

I want to take a moment to recognize Victor Torres for always being a skillful representative of our team and organization. He is a very dedicated individual who is determined to not rest until the job is finished. 

I had the opportunity to be part of the negotiating committee for several contracts and I saw first hand how dedicated and transparent Victor is. He always puts our best interest first and truly fights for what is right for us. 

One thing that stands out for me is when we as employees wanted the SIMNSA medical insurance plan. Victor didn’t stop until he made it happen. Because of his persistence and care, not only did me and my family benefit, but so did many of my coworkers. 

Victor communicates clearly, follows through on his commitments and doesn’t stop working until the job is done. He is someone you can trust. Victor leads by example and inspires those around him to do their best.

For everything he has done for us and for the dedication he has shown for our members who work at other companies as well, I profoundly say that I fully stand with Victor Torres. I am voting for Victor Torres our Union Leader and Secretary-Treasurer because I know he will continue to represent us with the same passion and integrity he always has.
