Why I’m Standing With Victor Torres and Unity Slate

I am writing to formally express my strong support for Victor Torres and his Unity Slate.

Having been employed for nearly 38 years at the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, I have had the opportunity to witness many changes and challenges within our industry. Throughout this time, I have come to know and work with Victor Torres, and I can say with confidence that he has consistently demonstrated a willingness to listen to our concerns and provide thoughtful, effective leadership.

In the construction and maintenance trades, improving our standing with our Employer has never been easy. Yet, through collaboration with Victor, we were able to develop and implement successful strategies that have significantly improved our financial position. His professionalism, respectfulness, and commitment to the membership have been evident in every interaction.

Victor’s guidance and leadership have proven time and again to be reliable and results-oriented. His proven track record of successfully executing and delivering for our membership underscores his ability to represent us effectively and advocate for our best interests.

For these reasons, I fully endorse and support Victor Torres and his Unity Slate members.
