Hertz Customer Service Representative, Shop Steward and Local 481 Officer/Trustee
With over 25 years at Hertz, I have dedicated my career to supporting people and creating a fair, supportive workplace. I worked closely with management to foster open dialogue, build trust, and guide colleagues through challenges, ensuring everyone feels valued.
For the past six years, I have proudly served as Shop Steward, Trustee, and Officer for Local 481. In these roles, I ensure members are informed about their union rights, advocate for them when concerns arise, and help prevent unfair disciplinary actions. I participate in Joint Council delegates meetings, engage with upcoming events, and work to strengthen our union community.
I have also taken part in seven successful contract negotiations, including the Western Region Master Agreement, each resulting in improved wages, sustainable benefits, and stronger retirement plans for employees and their families.
Looking ahead my commitment remains to continue listening, supporting, and empowering every member, to help create a united and thriving working place.
