My Recommendation for Victor Torres and the Unity Slate

I am writing to strongly recommend that Victor Torres remain in the role as our union representative during their time serving in this position. 

Victor has consistently demonstrated dedication, integrity, and genuine concern for the well-being of all members. 

Victor has proven to be approachable and dependable, always taking the time to listen to members concerns, and ensuring that every voice is heard, Victor has shown exceptional knowledge of union policies and workplace rights which has provided our members with confidence and reassurance when navigating challenges. 

What I value most is Victor’s ability to balance professionalism and compassion, whether addressing workplace issues, supporting colleagues or advocating for fair treatment. Victor consistently acts with fairness, respect and strong leadership. It is clear that Victor has earned the trust and respect of our members. I firmly believe that continuing with Victor as our union representative is in the best interest of both our members and our workplace as a whole.
