Llevo 30 a\u00f1os en el Departamento de Merchandising y soy una orgullosa miembro de Teamster. <a href=\"https:\/\/teamsterslocal481unityslate.com\/es\/victor-torres\/\" title=\"\">Victor<\/a> ha sido nuestro l\u00edder Teamster como Secretario Tesorero durante muchos a\u00f1os y ha crecido y luchado por nuestros derechos y nunca ha retrocedido especialmente cuando se trataba de nuestros beneficios de salud asegur\u00e1ndose de que ten\u00edamos cobertura 100% cuando el Zool\u00f3gico quer\u00eda negociar nuestros beneficios de salud a cambio de nuestros salarios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edctor nos defendi\u00f3 y comprendi\u00f3 el valor de cada empleado y luch\u00f3 por salarios dignos y para que nuestros beneficios siguieran siendo los mismos e intactos. Estoy muy agradecido por la amabilidad, el cari\u00f1o y la humildad de Victor Torres con todos los empleados. Si quieres conocerle, sus puertas est\u00e1n siempre abiertas. V\u00edctor es un l\u00edder dedicado y apasionado que no dejar\u00e1 de luchar por cada contrato hasta que todos seamos escuchados. Esto es solo el principio de lo que ha hecho por nosotros.
