Cuando los departamentos se fusionaron en 2011, la transici\u00f3n present\u00f3 algunos desaf\u00edos. Sin embargo, V\u00edctor se asegur\u00f3 de que los empleados existentes se mantuvieran en sus respectivas funciones, sin necesidad de formaci\u00f3n cruzada entre departamentos. Sus esfuerzos ayudaron a facilitar la adaptaci\u00f3n y a mantener la estabilidad en el equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como sindicato, damos importancia a la antig\u00fcedad. V\u00edctor se asegur\u00f3 de que las disposiciones sobre antig\u00fcedad relacionadas con el calendario de vacaciones se incluyeran sistem\u00e1ticamente en nuestro contrato, protegiendo y preservando los derechos de antig\u00fcedad de los empleados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
V\u00edctor tambi\u00e9n se asegur\u00f3 de que pudi\u00e9ramos mantener nuestras prestaciones sanitarias, lo que significaba mucho para nosotros. Siempre ha trabajado para proteger esas prestaciones para los empleados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
