Quiero dedicar un momento a reconocer V\u00edctor Torres<\/a> por ser siempre un h\u00e1bil representante de nuestro equipo y nuestra organizaci\u00f3n. Es una persona muy dedicada que est\u00e1 decidida a no descansar hasta que el trabajo est\u00e9 terminado.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tuve la oportunidad de formar parte del comit\u00e9 negociador de varios contratos y pude comprobar de primera mano la dedicaci\u00f3n y transparencia de V\u00edctor. Siempre antepone nuestros intereses y lucha de verdad por lo que nos conviene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Una cosa que destaca para m\u00ed es cuando los empleados quisimos el plan de seguro m\u00e9dico de SIMNSA. Victor no se detuvo hasta que lo hizo realidad. Gracias a su persistencia y atenci\u00f3n, no solo nos beneficiamos mi familia y yo, sino tambi\u00e9n muchos de mis compa\u00f1eros de trabajo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Victor se comunica con claridad, cumple sus compromisos y no deja de trabajar hasta que el trabajo est\u00e1 hecho. Es alguien en quien se puede confiar. Victor predica con el ejemplo e inspira a quienes le rodean para que den lo mejor de s\u00ed mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Por todo lo que ha hecho por nosotros y por la dedicaci\u00f3n que ha mostrado por nuestros miembros que trabajan tambi\u00e9n en otras empresas, digo profundamente que estoy totalmente de acuerdo con V\u00edctor Torres.
